$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install licq-plugin-autoreply 

licq-plugin-autoreply is installed in your system.

Make ensure the licq-plugin-autoreply package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep licq-plugin-autoreply *
